Our sterilization procedures meet the Centers for Disease Control guidelines. We heat-sterilize all hand pieces and instruments after each use. We only use ADA approved disinfectants. We use gloves, gowns, masks, eye protection and barrier covers at all times.

Root Canal Therapy
Did you know that each tooth contains a long, thin strand of dental pulp that provides the tooth with nutrients and nerves and extends down to the tooth’s root? If the pulp becomes infected or injured, the tooth’s nerves die and often, without endodontic treatment, the tooth dies as well. Root canals are designed to save such damaged teeth. During the procedure (performed under anesthesia), a gap is drilled into the tooth’s crown and pulp chamber, diseased pulp is reshaped or removed, and the tooth is permanently sealed with a gold, porcelain, or tooth-colored crown.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny device is a video camera that moves around inside the mouth and generates a tooth-by-tooth video exam of the teeth. With the images produced by the intraoral camera, patients can see each of their teeth and dentists can indicate problems such as broken teeth, plaque, decay, gum disease, defective fillings, and so on. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
